Washington — CBS News projected on Dec. 4 that Democrat Adam Gray will win California's 13th Congressional District, a flip for Democrats in the last race that had remained undecided one month after Election Day.

Republicans will ultimately take control of the House by a margin of 220 to 215 — meaning Democrats picked up one seat.

I'm curious to know how many ballots came in after election day.

I would recommend those people start voting for the 2026 election now.
