Instead of trying to get Paul to join with the neo-cons at the Fox debate we should use the power of the free market against the pro-state loyalists.

When you can't join them.......BEAT THEM.

Forget boycotting, petitioning, or beggining Fox for participation. They aren't the only news station in town.

Lets email and call NBC and ask them to televise Paul's New Hampshire Rally!

We can use NBC(which has been considerably fairer to us than Fox) to make a big stink about Fox and have personalities like Olbermann, Tucker, and Scarborough to bash Fox for their unfair and unbalanced reporting.

This is win win for everybody. NBC will get a boost in ratings when it makes a joke out of Fox and Paul will get more attention and more exposure on NBC and the Fox debate will lose significance.

Get to the phones and to the keyboards and ask NBC to host Paul's rally!!

welcome lionheart!

Its a good idea if enough people can show NBC whats in it for them, if you know what i mean.

You would have to sell NBC on whether Ron Paul supporters and other viewers would buy the sponsored products. A good salesman could make a pretty convincing argument for that.

NBC is definitely part of the problem. Don't look to mainstream media for a solution to a problem with mainstream media. if we tune out 100% they disappear from existence. this is the only way.

There's no one in the Mainstream media we can turn to. It's just us and what we choose to do.

I agree that NBC is part of the problem. But if NBC had coverage of this as well, I think it would help us now...
This is a short term solution, not a long term one.

NBC is part of the problem, but if we can use them to retaliate against Fox, I see no wrongdoing. Smashing together 2 "evil" powers against one another to aid our own efforts is not a problem in my mind. It in fact, is quite a magnificent idea. Using the system to collapse the system and turn it against itself. Wonderful!

NO HE IS COMPLETELY RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PEOPLE LISTEN, THE MSM ARE RIVALS NOT IN CAHOOTS!

WE NEED TO CREATE A MEDIA EVENT IN NEW HAMPSHIRE IN THE NAME OF FREE SPEECH AND DEMOCRACY AND INVITE ALL RIVAL MEDIA TO WATCH... MEDIA JUST NEEDS A STORY!!!!!! REMEMBER THE 60's !!

I emailed abc cbs nbc pbs npr. and all the other networks individual news programs like the today show.

No wrongdoing, that's not what I mean. I mean exactly what merrimac said: it is JUST US and what we choose to do.

None of the networks is going to pick up this story.

What you have to understand is that the mainstream media in this nation is controlled.

Think Pravda.

I could see Olberman now. Once again Fox News is trying to claim they give you fair and balanced reporting they have even gone as far as excluding a Republican candidate from a debate. They have refuse to allow Ron Paul to take part in their debate. This shows just how unfair and unbalanced Fox News truly is. Rupert Murdoch is todays worst person in the world.

Bump

Bump this bigtime. Much better to use the mechanisms of the free market than lobby the FCC for government intervention or bully a private enterprise into inviting our man Dr.Paul.

I completely agree that this is the very best use of the situation. Very obviously I might add.

I also believe that it might be beneficial to contact more than one of Fox's Rivals as they may begin competing over one another to cover the story. ( Think off all "big" stories ..on every channel etc. )

This would be a win for personal liberty, a win for Ron Paul, and a win for the country.

Finally, I must say that if I were Mr. Murdoch and I got wind of this sort of thing, or saw my stock price falling; I would simply include Paul in the debate to silence us and "gag" him... ignore/no camera time etc...

May we organize alittle bit more quietly ???

I really think this that is our golden opportunity.
