what are you talking about? Racism is free speech too, you'd let that kid go to school with Nigger must Die? "Obama sides with the terrorists" is pretty bigoted to me, being an Arab and a Muslim hearing all those Obama is a Muslim emails and having a kid wear that obviously has some connotation.

It didn't say "Obama sides with the terrorists." The message was clearly that Obama would create the environment that terrorists would like, not that he actively supports them. There is a huge difference.

You're taking it to the massive extremes. And yes, I believe free speech should not be limited (except yelling fire in a crowded theatre or something), so I would allow the offense shirt you mentioned. Not because I agree with, but because I don't think the government should be telling people what to do. A kid with a shirt like that would very quickly get the message from his peers that he shouldn't wear it again in the form of a pair of black eyes.

If you've ever been to the Aurora mall then you'd know why he was kicked out. Full of blacks and mexicans who reject responsibility and love the redistribution of wealth. And no, I'm not being racist, just more specific about the kids in general at that school.
