I encourage everyone to email the Chaiman of the Republican National Committee, Mike Duncan ([email protected]), and let him know that if John McCain is the GOP nominee, you will not be supporting the party this year in the general election.

The puppeteers behind the GOP coronation process that is occurring, need a little dose of reality from the front lines.

Personally, I will vote libertarian over John McCain.

While you're at it, better tell him Romney's no better as far as you're concerned... it's Ron Paul or nothing.

Yeah, don't just tell him you won't vote for mccain. You won't vote for Romney or Huckabee either.

you know what... the fact that the GOP didn't say something about Paul's media blackout is very unsettling. I've been carrying on thinking it's the media's fault but the GOP has stood by and watched all of this.

My Vote in the General Election

Dear Mr. Duncan,

This letter is to inform you, that I as a conservative American citizen, will not vote for the Republican party in the General Election, if Senator John McCain is its nominee. Additionally, I will pledge to convince all the people in my humble sphere of influence not to vote Republican.

Kindest regards,

I'm not sure what this is going to accomplish. We should save our ammo for now and see what happens on Super Tues.

We should wait for after Super Tuesday. Pointless doing anything before then.

Here is what I sent:

Mr. Duncan,

I am writing to find out what you are doing to fix the GOP. When Ann Coulter states she would campaign and vote for Hillary Clinton over John McCain, there is obviously a problem. I'm actually glad she said it because I thought I was the only one wondering why McCain was being hyped as a good candidate.

I have NEVER voted for a Democrat in a Presidential race but I will never give John McCain my vote either.

Right now I am supporting Ron Paul. Why? Because he was one of the few who stood up for Ronald Reagan when he was running, and Ronald Reagan said many good things about Ron Paul. THAT is what I am looking for in a GOP candidate, someone who is going back to the GOP roots.

Please get the party back to its roots or the Democrats are going to take control of the White House!!!

Regards,
Rhonda Holland

If you hand write a letter, it is by far more effective. You should mention Huckabee and Romney too, they are as liberal as McCain is.

Dear Mr. Duncan,

As a lifetime Conservative and Republican Party member, I am troubled at who is the current leader in the presidential race. John McCain is certainly not conservative and does not adhere to the principles all conservatives hold dear.

Unfortunately Mitt Romney also does not fall into the conservative tradition.

It pains me to say this, but if McCain, Romney, or Huckabee for that matter are the Republican nominee, I will withdraw all support for the GOP.

I troubles me that the only true conservative in the race Dr. Ron Paul, is ignored and being made fun of by the Republican Party. This party has indeed lost its way.

Sincerely,

Mr. Burgess

Its not the MSM

What Ron Paul is fighting right now in the primary process is the republican establishment. Do you think the LA caucus debacle was not sanctioned by the GOP? When Dr. Paul ran for congress in the '90's and fought for his district, it was the GOP who ran against him, not the democrats.

Only when the GOP begins to feel threatened by a loss of power, will they ensure Paul gets the right amount of mainstream media exposure in the primaries.

Dear Mr. Duncan,

I respectfully suggest you start looking for another job.

As you read this, tens of thousands of Ron Paul supporters across the country are making plans to attend county Republican Executive Committee meetings and replace the leadership in those counties with individuals who recognize the value of the Constitution in relation to the old-boy cronyism that has been directing local politics.

Those leaders, in turn, will be attending state GOP conventions, where once again, they will choose leaders who respect the Constitution and the power of We, The People.

When those state activists meet at the next Republican National Convention, you're going to have a snowball's chance in hell of retaining your position.

So, as I mentioned in the first sentence... it's probably time to start looking for a new line of work. Your days as a shill for the current crooks in power are numbered.

Sincerely,

A Concerned Republican

I'm all for this, but please explain to me why the petition I proposed to send to the National GOP was so poorly received in here? I didn't even say "If John McCain is the nominee...." all I said was "If the National GOP continue to condone and promote the unfair media treatment of Ron Paul they can forget our support in November." Yet somehow it went over like a lead balloon. A petition to let them know that their support for the marginalization of Ron Paul will lead to defeat and a loss of all of us as supporters seemed like a good idea to me. But apparently not to anyone else.

This revolution has enormous amounts of ammo! Taking 2-3 minutes to compose an email to the GOP leader doesn't take anything away ... and in fact it increases the pressure.

I am ALSO writing a hand letter as well.

What is this petition you speak of?

I never saw it. Things go past so fast here, it's hard to get a good idea rolling so that it stays active.
