You're both right. The fact that this woman lied so easily, and for such a reason SHOULD rule her out for any public position. However, in today's 'my team vs your team' version of politics, scruples dignity and principles really aren't such a main concern. Sad, but true.

Yeah, I watched the debate and she is terrible. Basically an Obama-clone "fair share, raise taxes millionaires and billionaires, invest in education green-energy, oil companies make billions in profit, you didn't build that blah blah blah".

Yeah, Scott Brown is not great but he's the best we can do here in Massachusetts, sadly. At least he doesn't want to raise taxes.

And if she gets in she'll be Senator for life just like Ted Kennedy and John Kerry.

If Obama is going to be re-elected I want to make sure the republicans have a majority in the Senate. I'll be holding my nose and voting for Brown in November.

Yes, by "more regulation", more Dodd-Frank type bills, more agencies and bureaucracies, ever hear of the "Consumer Protection Agency" ? That group of un-elected bureaucrats that are not even financed by congress but directly by the Federal Reserve? She was its chief mastermind.

And she's all for doing "whatever it take to stop Iran from getting a nuclear weapon", "all options on the table" etc. Those are actual quotes.

She is for more regulation, higher taxes, more centralization, higher spending, more debt, status-quo foreign policy, status-quo monetary policy etc.

in the eyes of our voters as somebody of importance. When Bill Clinton countered Christy of NJ and galvanized the DNC it had
given her the confortable boost that says the election is hers to loose. Scott Brown is a GOP moderate in terms of his votes.

It's Massachusetts. Hiawatha Warren has a huge built in advantage. She'd have to be a complete screw up to lose (like the awful candidate Brown beat to begin with).

While she is clearly an inept politicians, she may not be a big enough screw up to lose this "gimme" election.
