And what does it say should happen to the people who broke those policies?
I would say it amounts to Seditious Conspiracy to subvert the United States, I don't think anybody could logically argue against that.
As far as who is responsible and who should be charged, it's like the banking analogy I gave earlier.
Somebody dropped an empty duffle bag in front of the bank, somebody else picks it up and takes it into the bank, somebody else brings it up to the counter and asks the lady at the counter if anybody lost their bag, some other guy drops a folded note out of his pocket in front of the bank, somebody else brings the note inside the bank and puts it on the counter, somebody else puts the note on the bag. The lady at the counter reads the note, fills the bag with money. Somebody else comes in, takes the bag and drops it on the ground, somebody else takes the bag and puts it down next to the door, somebody else takes the bag out of the bank and drops it off in front of the bank, somebody else takes the bag and drops it on the sidewalk, and finally somebody picks up the bag on the sidewalk and drives off with it in their car.
Possibly, nobody individually broke the law, but the bank was just robbed, so.....
Funny how the Proud Boys send some text messages about their non-plans for what they wanna do at a protest/riot, before it becomes a protest/riot and they get charged with it.. they try to blame Trump who said numerous times the day before and the day of, during his speech, and tweeted shortly after numerous times to be peaceful and obey the Capitol Police, they are "our friends", but whenever Democrats pull off an op like this, that is a billion times worse, it's just like "Whoopsie!!! We're sowwwyy.. it was all just a big coincidence, we swear!"
