Drudge removes bad Ron article

5th link down, left column.

I've tried multiple browsers so unless Comcast is giving me a cached version...

I just tried through a proxy site to bypass comcast and still getting it. Maybe you're looking at an old/cached version.

He linked to one site, it crashed due to traffic, so he added another link. Both sites began to fill with 99.9% comments FOR Ron Paul, with nothing but hundreds of different points of view on how it was a pure smear campaign, and completely discredited the actual article. I think once Drudge and the rest of the smearers saw their own story fully debunked, and comments making Ron Paul look good, he decided to pull the link.

It didn't work out as Drudge had intended.

Another factor that probably got it pulled - Ron Paul put out a statement, and probably asked drudge to link to it for equal time. Instead drudge pulled the links.

Video released by Pentagon shows Iranian boats confronting U.S. warships...

it was replaced with that, not sure it's an improvement.

Its not a boat...its a dingy... If this starts a war with IRAN(which I think Bush will make sure too before November if his clones get the nomination) then we have some serious issues as a nation.

It's nothing to do with Bush. It's actually a credit to Ron Paul's policy. For the mullahs to distract their own people they needed something to rally around. An imminent attack from the U.S. played right into their hands.

The state departments announcement last month erased the mullahs power, and are now forced to deal with domestic issues. This latest stunt by Iran is a last ditch effort to resurrect the threat from America.

Ron Paul's policy of non-intervention would cause Iran's mullahs and countries like them to implode from within.

And it is - http://www.iht.com/articles/2008/01/07/africa/tehran.php
