SEIU Goons Adopt Violent Theme Song for Wisconsin Protests, “Take the Bastards Down, Smash Them to the Ground!”…

First a Democratic Congressman calls for “bloody streets,” now the SEIU’s theme song calls for violence. Note to the left, we’re not stupid, we know exactly we’re you’re going with this . . . and, yes, we are ready.

(The Blaze) — First violent signs, now violent songs.

The band Dropkick Murphys wants to do its part to stand with the Wisconsin protesters. What does that look like? Actually it sounds like a new song, released on union websites including the SEIU’s, that screams such phrases as “take the bastards down!” and “we got to smash them to the ground!”

“As part of the band’s efforts to support the workers, they are working with SEIU and other unions and labor federations to have the song available to be played at rallies across the country,” a post on SEIU’s website says.

In a statement yesterday, the band made it clear that they are avid supporters of the unrest in Wisconsin:

[We] would like to take a moment to acknowledge the struggles of the working people of Wisconsin and to pledge our support and solidarity by releasing the song ‘Take ’Em Down’ from our upcoming album. We think it’s appropriate at the moment and hope you like it. . . The Dropkick Murphys Stand With Wisconsin!!!!! [emphasis original]

As many Americans of Egyptian decent protested in cities across the country, this past weekend, demonstrating in solidarity with their families back in Egypt, forces on the far-Left from ANSWER coalition to the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) have taken advantage of the situation to promote their socialist agendas.

Man, punk has really done an about face, hasn't it? First Rise Against now Dropkick Murphy's.

Wow, this pisses me off more than I thought it would. Taxpayers are their bosses. Either they're idiots or assholes... either way they're unfit to be teachers.

Flogging Molly is sooooo good. Seen 'em live a few times. I really hope they're not a bunch of statists too.

I love me some RATM, DKs and FM. It's just a sad fact that, unless you want to listen to some Nashville crap, good muscians, they're mostly gonna be statists or "lefties".

I don't know about Floggy Molly, but they do have a donate button to OXFAM that supports:

Oxfam works on trade justice, fair trade, education, debt and aid, livelihoods, health, HIV/AIDS, gender equality, conflict (campaigning for an international arms trade treaty) and natural disasters, democracy and human rights, and climate change.

I'm sure most of those things have "government action" as the top item under "solutions.

I am suck of everyone saying "We are Wisconsin" and we are fighting for Wisconsin Workers. yadda yadda...... I don't see these people paying taxes in Wisconsin, I don't see them living in Wisconsin, I don't see them doing shit in Wisconsin. No one is acknowledging the second tier of Wisconsin workers(non government) and how we refuse to pay more in taxes so the first tier workers can keep their cushy ass benefits. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The above article explains why collective bargaining in teacher Unions is not in the best interest of the taxpayers or kids in school

First, teachers unions play a big role in politics, meaning that, as Terry Moe writes in "Teacher Unions and School Board Elections" (published in a Brookings Institution book on school boards), "the fact that school boards are elected means that the teacher unions can actually participate in choosing - or even literally choose - the management they will be bargaining with."

Well, that really blows.

I guess it's back to the old folk songs:
