Doug Wead: "Ron Paul "IS" Receiving Debate Coaching"

In case anyone didn't see this, Doug Wead answered the question on whether or not Ron was receiving debate coaching. Here is his response...

"Yes, but he doesn't like it."

I think this is good. At least Ron is trying something new in order to boost his performance in the debates, even if he doesn't like it.

I am sure the bolded words are massively toned down. Paul is very suborn and set in his ways. That's what makes him the candidate we all love to support!

I saw Doug cover for Ron for about 15 minutes once because his plane was late to arrive at the Des Moines airport. He just jumped in and spoke impromtu, and the audience loved his humor. AS it turned out, he was a perfect intro to Ron.

i recall the texas straight talk being up on the page that day in text format.

fine!

:p I may be wrong on that, but my point was, when Santorum said 'you had on your website' then spun something Ron wouldn't have had anywhere in that form, Ron looked like, 'I did?' I don't think he connected the specific piece being discussed enough to reprise what that one statement had said -- out of the hundreds of statements he's made on foreign policy.

Big giant LOL!

Thank you Ron Paul, for being willing to go outside your comfort zone.

Thank you!

Instead of Ron talking about "the people" I would love to hear him say, "you" or "the country" or "America".

You know how when he talks, he always refers to "the people". I think voters would connect with him on a personal level if he used a different word.
