Donald Trump's 2024 POTUS campaign

LOL

Walter Block is the guy that cleared out the RftR way back when, talking about abortion and evictionism.

He's a crank.
Oh yes, I remember that. The whole purpose of that thing was to show Republicans that we weren’t nutcases. It was going good until Walter.

What you strongly advocate is government solutions to government created problems. I reject that. The only rightful remedy is what nobody on either "side" is talking about [because they are in cahoots, one hand feeds the other], which is to DEFUND the programs which are allowing it to happen. [invite and pay for them to come, implement police-state to counter it]

Trump reduced funding for NGOs and other invasion facilitating groups:

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and International Nonprofits

During Trump’s presidency, there was a noticeable shift towards a more isolationist foreign policy. This resulted in reduced funding for international aid and development programs. Global NGOs might face continued or increased funding cuts in another Trump administration. The administration’s focus on “America First” will continue to reduce grants and contracts for international development projects. Additionally, the withdrawal from international agreements and reduced participation in global initiatives could limit the operational scope of NGOs focusing on issues like climate change, human rights, and international health.

However, aren’t you the guy rooting for the country to hurry up and go belly up?

The only thing I remember him saying in that vein is that things are as likely to go downhill more slowly under the Democrats, because Republicans nut up and oppose them. But they never hold their own politicians' feet to the fire.

Any funding cuts are good. What I find troubling as that if he continues that trend, why on earth would he advocate military police taking over for local leo, granting them tax-paid immunity, tax/fine/sue PRIVATE donors to help fund his Nationalized American University and hand out "FREE Diplomas To All!", which also includes immigrants.

Here's what I know. Trump is a "nationalist", supports repeal and replace, and does not support local anything. What I see are attractive little bones here and there in order to coerce his followers to accept "nationalization", which of course requires federal funding.

Now, if Trump were to continue reducing funding for NGO's while NOT wanting to do the above, I'd be all for it. Because then I wouldn't feel baited and switched. Which many people still fall for.

So there's that. Ultimately, I go by Records, past and current.

If it was Block v Harris, I'd vote Block.

If he were, what about Block versus Trump?

Yep, what I said. Ain't that a sad fact.

LibertyEagle : careful what you wish for, it's a slow but sure transition. Sound likes a "Bill Gates" related Globalist plan to me:

Traffic Filters Will Divide City Into "15 Minute" Neighbourhoods

ROAD blocks stopping most motorists from driving through Oxford city centre will divide the city into six "15 minute" neighbourhoods, a county council travel chief has said.

And he insisted the controversial plan would go ahead whether people liked it or not.

Duncan Enright, Oxfordshire County Council's cabinet member for travel and development strategy, explained the authority's traffic filter proposals in an interview in The Sunday Times.

He said the filters would turn Oxford into "a 15-minute city" with local services within a small walking radius.

Mr Enright said: "It is about making sure you have the community centre which has all of those essential needs, the bottle of milk, pharmacy, GP, schools which you need to have a 15-minute neighbourhood."

The aim is to reduce traffic in the city centre and make city living more pleasant, but critics say the plans will negatively affect businesses and the city centre's economy.

A decision will be made on November 29, and is the date for the cabinet decision. following a consultation which closed earlier this month.

But Mr. Enright told the Sunday Times: "It's going to happen definitely."

The new traffic filters on St Cross Road, Thames Street, Hythe Bridge Street and St Clements would operate seven days a week from 7am to 7pm.

Two more filters on Marston Ferry Road and Hollow Way would operate from Monday to Saturday.

People can drive freely around their own neighbourhood and can apply for a permit to drive through the filters, and into other neighbourhoods, for up to 100 days per year. This equates to an average of two days per week.

The alternative is to drive out on to the ring road and then back in to the destination.

A maximum of three permits a household will be allowed where there are several adults with cars registered to the address.

Buses, coaches, taxis, delivery vans, HGVs, motorbikes and bikes are exempt and there are exceptions for blue badge holders and people with caring responsibilities.

LOL, the only thing that is "definitely" going to happen in the UK going forward, is whatever the Muslims and coloreds SAY is going to happen.

Brother, Domestic TSA is officially and finally rolled out May 2025. And with militarized leo and immunity, it's only going to rapidly accelerate. I'm just trying to put a stop to it before "well, he meant well, but he just made another mistake".

Well, you really don't have to worry about it too much anymore.

Harris keeps rising in the polling, and she, or her Marxist handlers, will gain full control of the enforcement apparatus.

A friend of mine sent me a post that seems to indicate Trump shooting his mouth off about the Medal of Honor not being worth much.

But there is doubt about the validity of it... so I withdrew it until I can confirm it...not to worry, it will be plastered all over the tubes in another 30 minutes reagrdless.

Well, I don't follow polls, and I'm certainly not voting either way. I will probably work the precincts again and oversee some of the congressional district, just because I typically do. I'm not going to worry about "cheating" because I have never come across it myself. But whoever wins, it won't be good. The only hope that I have is that if Harris wins, repuGs around here won't willingly let her agendas advance; they love fighting against democrats. Too bad they don't hold their own accountable. Blahhhhh.

Yeah, I get that around here, everybody talks about the things that Trump/Harris says which doesn't even interest me. I show them Records, they glance at them, and then go about talking stoopid sh|t again. It's useless.

Now he's claiming he's "Better looking" than Kamala Harris. Like seriously WTF?

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...is-better-looking-time-magazine-b2598046.html

It seems like Trump is trying to lose. Each day's gaff is worse than the day before. Questioning the authenticity of Kamala's blackness actually wasn't a bad move because 1) blacks have been doing that since at least 2020 (or before) and 2) he was responding to an attack. But some of this latest stuff is just uncecssary. I told a friend back in 2020 that whichever campagin could get it's cranky old man to shut up first would win. This go round the Dems retired their cranky old man.
