Chuck Baldwin says the libertarians want open borders; however, Ron Paul, Bob Barr, and the majority of people on these forums are against open borders. I don't think he should have made that claim, outright. Perhaps he was directly referring to the Libertarian Party? Even so, people in the Libertarian Party are divided on this issue as well:

The difference between borders during peace and war times, the idea of trespassing private property, whether or not the federal government has the authority to decide who gets to migrate into this country, and so on. It's not an issue with a consensus among libertarians.

Paul and Barr are conservatives, not libertarians. The LP platform specifically states they are for unrestricted movement across borders. That is open borders. I'm sure he was talking about the Libertarian Party. After all, that is his main competition at this point.
