Do you want to ask Ron Paul a question?

Ask him if he thinks he will be able to accomplish all of the goals that he has when he becomes president (like getting rid of a bunch of the government programs and getting rid of the income tax and taking the army home).

I'll be meeting him for the VIP reception Monday Sept 17th.

If you have a specific question you've been wanting to ask him, let me know, I'll try and ask him a couple questions.

Yes, thanks for the opportunity! This is a very important question for me and my family:

My sister lives in NJ and has a 12 year old son who is autistic and relies on federal funding to help pay for his different expenses. In the case of people with special needs/disabilities, if Dr. Paul wants to eliminate federal programs as it is unconstitutional, where will this money come from? Even if we push the states to allocate funding for these programs, if you have a governor who isn't sympathetic to the needs of these people, will they simply be left out in the cold? And how long will it take to receive funding once it is switched from the federal government over to the state's?

I realize I posted this question to the forum members once before, but if I can get it straight from Dr. Paul himself, that would be great! Hope you can get this one in! Good luck!

:)

i'd ask him why the Illegal Immigration issue hasn't become a cornerstone issue of his campaign, and why he doesn't talk about it as much as say, abolishing the FED, or abolishing Roe V Wade.

Seriously... its somewhere in the top 3 with EVERY american voter - everyone has an opinion on it, and like the war - most side with Ron's position. I'd like to know about Ron's specific plans for solving this problem (would he start by enforcing hiring practices? put the entire nat. guard on the border? deport everyone?? etc..)

and i'd suggest very kindly that he start talking about it more ;)

Yeah, and he needs to stop waffling back and forth on it. First he's for securing the borders, next he's not interested in a fence or "guns" on the border (per today's speech at Johns Hopkins.) It sounds horrible and makes it difficult to know where he really stands on the border. I know he thinks that the best way to handle it is by removing the welfare state and the free handouts, but here again at John Hopkins, the last guy with a question said that illegal aliens did not get any free stuff and Dr. Paul did not set him straight. When people say crap like this, when he does not correct them, it is just like agreeing with them. And YES, I am frustrated.

Conservative or far-left pond-scum?

I have serious questions that nobody wants to answer professionally. I keep getting sick liberal responses and that is not making Ron Paul look good at all! So now I have to have these questions answered in no more than 30-mins or I'm back looking for a new Republican Candidate!!

1- Define neocon: Is a neocon a Christian? Is a neocon a firm believer in the Genesis account of the world? Is a neocon someone who believes that the Constitution is based on Christian morale? I've been called a neocon because I'm a Christian, but I know that neocons are twisted business men that are into Eastern Mysticism and claim to be Christians when in reality they're NewAgers--am I now closer to the definition?

2- Are faggots going to have even more political power when Ron Paul gets elected? My city is crawling with fags and they are all mentally deranged people for the most part. People are becoming real sick of faggots and want to get back to the Constitution and keep the American tradition of gay bashing. Will Ron Paul give fags special tax breaks and other special treatments that WE AMERICANS ALL know they don't deserve?

3- Sean Hannity gave Ron Paul a hard time. Does this mean that we Ron Paul supporters are supposed to hate, say, Sean Hannity, Bill O'reilly, and even church clergy? Sean Hannity can be a dick, but do we hate everything he believes in in order to be a Ron Paul supporter?

4- Will Ron Paul remain loyal to Israel or will he allow a liberal to speak against their right to exist has a nation?

5- Are NewAgers and Atheists considered the only true Americans on this Ron Paul forum?

If I do not get an answer to these questions in 5-mins I'll open a new topic. If I don't get one in 30-mins I'll take that has a negative to every positive reply.

Perhaps no one is answering your questions "professionally" is because the phrasing of some of your questions is "unprofessional." (To say the least)

1. Dr. Paul, have you picked your VP yet?
2. Dr. Paul, what is your stand on tobacco taxes?
3. Dr. Paul, what other Texas Congressmen or Senators do you consider true Republicans, so we would know in TX for whom to vote in 2010 for Congress or Senate?

Bouhk, maybe you're confused about something. This is a grassroots forum that has no connection to the official campaign at all. If you want to know Ron's stance on an issue, it's pretty easy to look it up. For example, www.ronpaullibrary.org
Or, of course, you can call the campaign or his Congressional office.

By the way, I am a traditional conservative, a Goldwater-Republlican, if you will. I am also a Christian.

Note: And you have the definition of Neoconservative WAY off. It has nothing to do with a person's faith. Please watch Dr. Paul's speech called Neo-Conned:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?d...143&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0

And then just google, "neoconservatism". Irving Kristol was one of the first neoconservatives and he is the person who coined the name.

Can he explain why a vast majority of the American people are under the impression that the terrorists are all a bunch of religious zealots who attack us for our freedoms?

Christians are not this vulgar.

Dude please go somewhere, dude honestly I hate to say it, but I consider most of these people in this forum my comrades, and I would be ashamed to call you a comrade of mine, take your threats elsewhere.

A neoconservative is an indivual who acts like they are liberal, but are in actuality more to the right than they try to appear. For instance, Bill O'Reilly is a neocon.
http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/s_196286.html
In more laments, they act like they are acting for the good of humanity, but they are really not. For instance, it's like Rudy Giuliani said a little while ago, that once he was in office, he would protect the constitution  . That is the gist of it though, I usually don't use those words.

2- Are faggots going to have even more political power when Ron Paul gets elected? My city is crawling with fags and they are all mentally deranged people for the most part. You are definitely supporting the wrong Candidate, Ron Paul believes in individual rights, that cannot be taken away by ANYONE, regardless on what sexual orientation they are.

I hated Bill O'Reilly long before I supported Ron Paul, as did I hate Sean Hannity, but then again, most Ron Paul Supporters did. But there are a couple of people on this forum that still support the both of them. And I don't hate them because they give Ron Paul a hard time. For instance, I hate Bill O'Reilly, because he is a neoconservative, nazi-regime type thinking, prick who can't have a good debate without yelling over someone, or cutting off their mike. Also, calling anyone who disagrees with bush Anti-American just doesn't sit well with me, sorry...

5- Are NewAgers and Atheists considered the only true Americans on this Ron Paul forum?

Now your being an idiot. I could ask Hannity supporters the same question, just substitute different names. Stop inserting ad hominem attacks into your question.

If I do not get an answer to these questions in 5-mins I'll open a new topic. If I don't get one in 30-mins I'll take that has a negative to every positive reply.

I really just wanted to respond to you, I'm not trying to do you any favor, for all I care you can go get bent, I tend to think most of the forum will back me on this. So do us a favor, and take your sorry, prejudiced, gay bashing ass somewhere else.

Should we take free trade and ship it?

Ron Paul is in favor of Free Trade. I would like to know how free this trade is. As Lou Dobbs points out every night on his show, America cannot compete with:
1) $1.00 hr wages
2) Child Labor
3) Currency Manipulation
4) Subsidies
5) Corruption
6) Sweat Shops
7) etc.

How can Americans earn a Living Wage when virtually every product can be made cheaper abroad? Corporations have already shown that they will outsource every job they can for higher profits. Unrestricted Free Trade will turn America into a third world country. What good are cheap products when Americans ( who don't have jobs or suffer from depressed wages ) are too poor to buy them? We HAVE the right to protect our economy! They DO NOT have the right to have access to it!
