I avoid having chlorine or harmful fluoride in my water. My water is from a well and contains a lot of calcium fluoride.

I have a sluggish thyroid and those compete with iodine receptors. I buy bottled water by the gallon and am thinking about getting on a delivery system where they swap 5 gallon bottles out on a regular schedule.

I have a well and pull water from 150 ft underground. Clean and clear.

Off of the chlorine and on to bottled water, waiting to see how the new Chloramine effects things.

Poorly-phrased. I don't avoid chlorine, but I also don't drink the pool water.

I was going to write consumption of chlorine, but wanted to leave it open for people who have arguments against taking baths with chlorine or fluoridated water. But now that I think about it, that sort of contradicts the last choice. Oh well, it's good enough.

Having a well & control over my own water supply was a deciding factor for my current home.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I have heard that leaving water out in the open for an hour allows the chlorine to evaporate.

EDIT: Yes, Dr. Mercola mentions it here at 8:30:

I prefer not to drink chlorinated or fluoridated water, but I don't go out of my way to avoid doing so.

Are you guys sure your water supply still has chlorine. I heard ours switched to Chloramine a while ago. I just figured it was the new global mandate.

yes, its all distilled water for me

Distilled water can be dangerous.

The purity can kill plants. We did an experiment in biology class where you wiped distilled water underneath a plants leaves. Osmosis would cause the cells to explode because of the purity.

The fact that it is so pure can cause other problems. It can act like an acid on metal. Do other weird things.
