My mom loves her tablet. We got her a touchscreen computer for her birthday and she still uses the Fire more often.

I already had a Kindle reader, but at only $45 bucks I just really couldn't resist the Fire tablet.

BTW, thanks for the heads up on the $199.00 Staples laptop. I already have several desktops and laptops. I prefer posting to RPF using my old trusty Dell desktop, running several versions obsolete Windows XP.

Go figure.

I finished delivering gifts to all the Grand Kids but one yesterday , took me three States , eight days , I think. The last one is flying in in a couple weeks so I am waiting to finish until then . I have excess inventory of Fire Water that I am working on tonight.The fire is good tonight . Happy New Year Origanalist !
