Wow! It happened at the DNC! Ayes vs. Nos and they gave it to the Ayes! The noes clearly had it, they finally gave it to the ayes.
He took the vote 3 times, the noes were clearly louder! He didn't know what to do. It was classic. He finally read the teleprompter and cheated, saying in the opinion of the chair, 2/3 were Ayes! It was clearly no!

On CNN, Paul Begala attacked the people who voted "no", calling them embarrassments and stupid, and said that the Democrats don't need them. He is defending the cheating, and is happy they did it!

Convention floor chaos: Democrats alter platform, disagree, per CNN's Kevin Liptak
(CNN) – In a rare display of just how quickly a tightly scripted national political convention can unwind, Democrats on Wednesday struggled to complete a voice vote amending their party platform to include language referring to Jerusalem and God.

According to the Associated Press, the President himself intervened aggressively to try to reinstate the language, despite the intentions of much of the grass roots that are supporting him. This was a top-down decision to reverse a bottom-up process.
The convention chair, Antonio Villaraigosa, proposed new language to change the platform to reinstate the previous language that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. A 2/3rds vote at the venue was needed to change the platform. Villaraigosa asked for the vote, and clearly, according to people at the scene, the "no's" had it. Villaraigosa repeated his call for the vote three times and all three times the "no's" appeared to outnumber the "aye's. Instead of asking for a roll call vote which is required by the rules, Villaraigosa chose to ignore the voters in the room and advance the new language, proclaiming, "In the opinion of the chair the aye's have it." This was clearly a denial of reality. Boos were heard throughout the arena.
