Is there any actual argument against what the article claims? I haven't seen any in this thread, that's for sure.
Let's see if ANY of the TDS crowd even tries to debate the facts in the article.
The facts are unknown due to obstruction of justice.
Big cover up op, like 9/11 & JFK. Joe & Jane Sixpack know that LBJ and GHW Bush killed JFK, but the proof has been buried. We'll never know if obstruction of justice was necessary, but it's a virtual certainty that it happened.![]()

BEing investigated for a crime is not the same thing as being hanged for it. One can make a return from an investigation but not from a hanging. I don't think there is any evidence that Trump helped himself from obstructing justice, if anything, the reckless man was worse off from doing obstruction. How could he be colluding with the Russians when he was to TV calling for Russia to hack Clinton's email while the Russian govt were busy denying that they ever hacked the DNC. The Russians would be crazy working with a loud mouth buffon such as Trump.
You are kidding right? The democrats won the house with this fake investigation and now are calling to impeach him with this investigation. This isn't a fair trial this isn't innocent until proven guilty. Clinton started this rumor during 2016 election and said he was guilty before they even investigated based on the Steele Dossier.
How did him obstructing justice help his case i.e prevent the hanging?
How do you obstruct justice when our justice system is so $#@!ing broken we don't have any?
Our Justice is locking up people for telling the truth so they can't $#@!ing speak to their lawyer because they are sick and dying. I will obstruct that until I am blue in the face if that's what you are calling justice.
Again, how was he helped by obstructing justice? did you think that he would have been found guilty if he just shut his mouth up and did what his lawyers told him to do? And please don't answer my question with another question
justice meaning: jus·tice
/ˈjəstəs/
noun
just behavior or treatment.
1. fairness in the way people are dealt with:
2. Fairness in protection of rights and punishment of wrongs.
Just in case you don't know what the $#@! justice means.
Thanks for answering my question![]()
How do you obstruct justice when you are being treated unfairly, having your rights violated? I'll answer your question if you answer mine.
Think of it this way, imagine a man is falsely accused of rape he did not committ. He can obstruct justice by intimidating the accuser or maybe even stealing the rape kit. Yes, you can obstruct justice out of fear and ignorance even though you are guilty of the underlying crime. I was replying to Danke's comment which suggested that Trump had to do what he did because he was about to be hanged. I say that he wasn't about to be hanged, he is not a normal citizen and he could have skated if he just shut his pie hole up and did what the lawyers tld him to do.
Again, how was he helped by obstructing justice? did you think that he would have been found guilty if he just shut his mouth up and did what his lawyers told him to do? And please don't answer my question with another question
Justice is not going to jail or being punished for something you never did. How do you obstruct yourself from being punished for something you never did by attempting (in his view) to shield himself (from what he considers) being treated unfairly. You have to have an intent to shield yourself from being punished for wrongdoing that you are guilty of in order for it to be obstruction of justice otherwise its an abortion of justice.
Is it your opinion that any person accused of a crim they did not committ should go about obstructing justice? I thought the idea of justice was to determine someone's guilt or innocence? His DoJ was overseeing the investigation, if was bound to get a fair shake from the investigators and it seems like he did. I say it again, he did not have to obstruct any justice
