Plus, NATO should have been dissolved when the cold war ended.
History may look back at this as the mistake that provoked WW3, the same way The Treaty of Versailles set the stage for WW2.

What NATO propaganda? You haven't responded to a single thing I've said, you simply respond tangentially.
Should or should not Ukraine have the sovereignty to determine its own foreign policy?

NATO was also supposed to be dissolved after the fall of the Soviet Union, but you know the saying, "There's nothing more permanent than a temporary government program."NATO was supposed to be defensive in nature , but went extremely offensive
One: It's at the very least equally legitimate and possessed of the consent of the governed as territories occupied by the military of another state. And yet, as I suggested in the meme above, the two areas are being treated unequally. Also, Ukraine has had two elections since 2013.
Two: Can Donetsk? Can Luhansk? Syria? Iraq? Afghanistan?

Why dissolve when you can expand expand expand
And "determining their own foreign policy" does not equate to joining NATO.
It is a simplistic and childish argument. Why don't you go ask your spouse and family if you have the "right" to to sleep with whoever you want.
Question for me tonight: “Why is NATO allowing Russia to take Ukraine?”.
Sure- but Russia should also have the sovereignty to not allow nuclear weapons on it's borders.
