Did RP and/or C4L sell their mailing list to Romney?

To Topic:

If you voted Republican in the primary, the RNC knows who you are.

Right. But the info they have on you would be what your voter registration is. Some are saying they used different info when they made RP donations and are getting mailings based on that info. It stands to reason that Romney and/or the RNC and/or whomever else got that from the RP campaign.

So then don't donate. It's not like they don't know there are people like you.

But if that factor didn't prevent you from donating before, the campaign has little reason to think it will prevent you from donating in the future.

It's not like you didn't know. Or, if you didn't, it's not like you have anyone to blame but yourself.

I see a pattern here with you, where your idea of the wrong side of any given argument always happens to be the side Ron Paul takes.

There are constructive solutions that involve opt-in or opt-out tracking that reflects the preference of the donors.

Of course, trolls have no interest in finding solutions...

Where is your source that Ron Paul supports any of your positions? Incredible claims require evidence.

No, fuck that, that is my name and it belongs to me.

Just because I give it to you once, does not mean you have the right to sell it to every dickhead that comes down the pike, for all eternity.

Yes it does. That was your choice.

The fact that the campaign whose practices you're complaining about is the Ron Paul campaign.

There seem to be a lot of complaints and criticisms of the campaign (or it's workers)
Not of Ron Paul,, but of the campaign.

I had them in 2008,,

It could be the case that Ron Paul told his campaign not to sell their contact list and they did it anyway. But I doubt it.

I dunno, teh Collins keeps telling us that it costs RMoney to run against amongst the establishment. If some people get excited enough to hock a $500 dollar seminar with DeMint it wouldn't be beyond the realm of possibility.

It could also be the case that Ron has No Idea and no knowledge of the day to day business of the campaign.
Nor any knowledge of how many are pissed at the campaign antics.

Sure. Throughout his long political career, his staff has probably sheltered him from all the aspects of politics that some of his supporters would frown upon, and since he never knew about them, it never crossed his mind to make a point of surrounding himself with staff who don't do those things. If only he knew that it was necessary to be deliberate about that, I'm sure he would be.
