Did Ron Paul vote for the Patriot Act?

I have looked and havent found the answer anywhere. I just dont know where to look I guess.
 
Ron votes for freedoms, your liberties and with the Constitution. So the answer is NO.

The other candidates however LOL.
 
Romney and Gingrich didn't, of course.

Gihngrich said at the CBS debate that he supported the Patriot act and wanted to broaden and strengthen it. This was while NDAA was up and I took his discussion as referring to that. Romney was in favor of the Patriot Act, he just wasn't in Congress to vote on it.
 
When it originally passed in the wake of 9/11 it was a 434-1 vote in the house. Ron was the only elected official who kept his head and didn't cave in to all the false appeals to patriotism.
