Jack Hoogendyk is running in MI-6 against Upton. He seems to fit the bill of a liberty candidate fairly well, although I am not sure where he stands on monetary policy. http://www.jackformichigan.com/TheIssues.aspx

I will certainly be voting for him over Upton.

He is a strong supporter of Right to work and of term limits, an issue that I am quite passionate about that doesn't get much coverage.

From a delegate to the NDGOP State Convention for Ron Paul: Brian Kalk?! He is a proud war hawk and all he ever talks about is his military service and he hasn't done a dang thing outside of that. He would vote to attack Iran. He is not a liberty candidate in any way and Ron Paul would be alarmed. I notice that your list does include some of the more "electable/ realistic" but imperfect choices. I agree with that on some level. I will be voting for Kevin Cramer in the primary and if he does not get the nod then I will vote for Eric Olson (L).

Something we need to clear up: I have nothing against members of the Libertarian or Constitution Parties. However, I think we seriously must consider having only Republicans on this list. From this point on, I think we must be persistent in trying to convince some of these people to run for office as Republicans. Eric Knowles, a Republican for Congress in Maryland, for example, was the Constitution Party nominee for Governor in 2010. The Revolution will thrive the best and materialize the best if it is planted in the soil of the Republican Party. There is no reason, considering the outlook of the next generation, that Dan Cox, Andrew Horning, or Rob Oates can't run as Republicans. If we can unite the three major right-wing parties, we can build a coalition that will endure for decades. One last thing: I notice that almost every candidate listed has a perfect purity rating...is that being overly generous? We shouldn't whore out five star ratings like Mitt Romney whored out his 2010 endorsements.

John Dennis was endorsed by Ron Paul back in 2010 when he ran against Pelosi, so is that still a green star? After the convention Ron Paul will have time to re-endorse liberty candidates won't he?
