Dave Smith | Updates on Charlie Kirk | Part Of The Problem 1304

@acptulsa, you may want to watch this one in its entirety.

Hmm.

I wonder if this got to Dave. While there is no smoking-gun evidence of the involvement of false-Israel, there is an enormous cui bono here and, in past shows, Dave never shied away from looking into the cui bono even if he ultimately concluded there's no there-there.

Public commentator.

Sizable audience.

"Israel" skeptic.

Father, husband.

Do the math...

You're the one who called me out. What was I supposed to glean from that?
Patience? Let's see some evidence instead of loose innuendo that serves preconceived notions?

There's a difference between exploiting a tragedy versus causing one.

And why wouldn't Israel use an Arab to do this?

Lol - he addressed that. First, he didn't "conclude". Second, he didn't "get a call".

It wasn't loose innuendo that the official reports were incomplete and self-contradictory. I don't think it was loose innuendo to note cui bono, considering I didn't misrepresent it as anything more than that. Connecting the dots is something that Smith himself doesn't seem to mind, and I have tossed off a few trains of thought that ran out of dots. Like for instance...

Well, I'm not a Charlie Kirk fan. But this does smell to me like a frustrated ex-hippie screaming, "I can't handle the truth!!"

I disagree with Smith that there's zero evidence, though the one tidbit we do see, the jet owned by a known zionist taking of just then from just there and flying without its transponder, while highly unusual, is completely circumstantial.

What did I misrepresent as firm proof of anything hasn't been proven?

There's a difference between exploiting a tragedy versus causing one.

There's a difference in degree, yes.

And why wouldn't Israel use an Arab to do this?

Because they didn't have an Arab in Utah to frame for it, and didn't have time to set one up? What are you doing now? This isn't about what you would do if you were some specific country trying to accomplish some specific thing. Israel isn't bound by that.

I have been speculating and never said otherwise. I would have presented exculpatory evidence if there was any, and will if any pops up. I can't believe you're calling me out for an activity the members of this forum have been engaging in since it was created.

So far I've made two errors -- not believing the trans angle (he isn't but his roomie turned out to be) and believing his father was a deputy. That last came from the FBI, though if you say that's no excuse I'll agree with you. I haven't exactly died on either of those hills.

You want to play this game? Your thread. Pick a post and link it here, and explain to the world how it hurt your feelings. Go ahead. I don't know why your perception of me has become so colored that you feel the need to call me out by name, but by all means, let's hash it out. I admit, when you were hating on me for me hating on Trump (which I still feel events have justified) you didn't shy away, so here I am for you.

🤷‍♂️ The false-zionist state is straight-up mafia. I don't know if that lesson is really sinking in to people yet...

Last night @RealCandaceO had a phenomenal podcast that is truly one for the ages.

At one point in the show, Candace asked that me and Tucker both disclose whatever information we have about Charlie’s state of mind, specifically backstage at the big TPUSA event.

So, that’s what I did today. I give all the info I have including texts that Charlie sent me with his thoughts on my debate with Douglas Murray and Israel in general.

Typically, I would never share private text messages but under the circumstances, it seemed like the right move.

The show streams at 8pm ET tonight on YouTube.

While is sounds good on the surface, my thinking that human nature would be to release what you feel makes your point and withhold anything contrary. Not saying Dave did that but that is probably human nature. Was just last week I heard Dave say he thinks White Lies are fine.

Where do you think these clowns come from out of nowhere and nobodies into being so "popular"?
Do you think someone put them there? Of course. Dave "Smith" is just another example of being a player in today's fake cointelpro social media.
Red flags on this guy up the yin-yang.

Starting with, agreed to be the LP candidate for president, then left them all high and dry at the last minute.

I think he's doing political commentary as a profession. It's to put bread on the table. Not to die. Probably his wife told him to cut it out on the Israel stuff. I think he's telling the truth that he hasn't "got the call", but I have a strong feeling we won't be hearing any more strongly anti-Israel takes going forward. He said "give it a couple weeks", and I'll give it more than that. But I strongly doubt we'll be hearing the old Dave Smith anymore for the simple reason that his wife isn't about to allow him to get his head blown off. Just my take.

I went and reviewed the Megyn Kelly interview and this is actually more of a smoking gun than Dave seems to think:

Charlie explicitly says "both in public and private", indicating that he is receiving private pushback. He mentions that he has been sent texts calling him an "anti-semite" and calling his moral character into question, which is pressure-tactics, by definition. In addition, he makes it clear that all of this criticism is fratricidal, that is, he's not getting this pushback from leftist Hamas supporters, but from unspecified, Israel-aligned forces. After he says his piece on this to Megyn, his face has some contortions around the mouth that are unusual for him (not part of his baseline), and thus indicate that he is having a very strong emotional response in respect to what he has just disclosed. See timestamp @6:07, for example. Because of his highly polarized and influential political views, Charlie Kirk was in the flames from the very beginning of his career. This is a man who was bathed in controversy from the word Go. So, to be experiencing a very strong emotional reaction like this indicates that whatever he's speaking about really is hitting him hard. This was not just some ordinary political bickering, this was something heavier, and he knew it.

Also, I wasn't aware of the connection to the Dave Smith v. Josh Hammer debate until watching this segment. I think this is the other reason that Dave is quietening down. By the way, I don't judge him for it. He has a family. He has young children, just like Charlie. He has things to lose. If the message from the false-zionists was, "If you give robust Israel skeptics a big platform, you will be shot", then it would make sense that the robust Israel skeptic for which Charlie was shot for giving a platform....... would quieten down. At the very least, the part of prudence is to lay low for the duration. In fact, I would consider Dave Smith continuing on unfazed a more suspicious direction because where is he getting this chutzpah from? (pun-intended)

The debate:
