Not that I’m complaining but I really don’t understand the Lions not attempting that field goal on fourth down. Down by three and in the fourth quarter. I think they have to try and tie the game. If they don’t convert and SF scores (like they did) they are down by two scores with (can’t remember exactly) but like eight minutes left on the clock.
I like Campbell’s aggressiveness but that was not the time.
Plus what a tie that would have been in our pool, lol.

Ya it was a bad decision , counting on more in the future since we play them twice ea season

A tale of two games. At the end of the first half, I said "it needs to be two different teams in the second half". It happened. Mostly due to SF defense finally putting some pressure on Goff.

Another scenario at the end I think he blew it.
1:05 left, you pass the ball and save the time out. Kick away. Everything equal, that 3rd and 6 gets that timeout. Lions get the ball back with ~38 seconds left, on their own ~30, no timeouts. 4 plays to go 35 yards for a tying FG attempt. I would have liked to see that ending.

Agree, they needed three times outs to have a chance. If they were going to run the ball their only option was to do it on fourth down
