[TD="align: left"]A Memphis man is calling foul on police officers after they tipped over the porta potty that he was hiding inside after fleeing them on foot. He is claiming that they used excessive force to get to him and that they were just looking to embarrass him and add insult to injury.

It all started when the cops tried to arrest him for criminal trespassing when he was visiting a friend at an apartment complex. He took off on foot and ended up in a construction site porta potty. The cops surrounded the porta potty, counted to three and then knocked it over. After flipping it back up the right way, they then kicked the guy, knocked him down to the ground and arrested him.

He believes that the officers should be formally reprimanded for their use of excessive force. The officers remain on leave during an administrative investigation.

Check out both the news story and raw video of the incident below!

He also got kicked in the rear end before he was handcuffed.

Cops suspended ("relieved," I think they call it) with pay.

Relieved of...duty?
