Big changes, it looks like. Although I've voted for them before, it doesn't look like they are on my state's ballot as of now.

Changes in leadership is definitely understandable.

I'm somewhat surprised at the ticket, though. Just a little suprised.

Tell us more. Don’t know those men or much about constitutional party

The party has been losing its way for some time now. Probably due to Trumpism, and the polarization of Obama years.
Last election, they nominated their weakest candidate ever, a Massey coal CEO who was controversial, Blankenship.

In some ways, shifting to a high-profile Pro-Life activist is a return to their roots. In others, it's a shift of attitude because Terry Randall is a strong personality. I remember when they used to be on a lot more state ballots than they are as of this day. I don't know how much of that is about their decline in recent years (I don't see it as permanent), or if it was related to changes in BA requirements by states.

CP is pretty hardcore. They want to overturn the 16th and 17th. They are the only pro/neutral secession rights option that I'm aware of, although American Solidarity Party might not object. CP and ASP are the most Pro-Life, but they differ on other issues, like economics and corporate responsibilities. They agree on antiwar.

Pastor Broden is the first African-American on the ticket, and Terry is the first Catholic, although he is a convert.

I like their position on taxation which would bring us back to our Constitution's original tax plan and is in align with The Fair Share Balanced Budget Amendment.

We propose legislation to abolish the Internal Revenue Service and will veto any authorization, appropriation or continuing resolution which contains any funding whatsoever for that illicit and unconstitutional agency. We are opposed to the flat-rate tax, national sales tax, and value added tax proposals that are being promoted as an improvement to the current tax system. The Sixteenth Amendment does not provide authority for an un-apportioned direct tax. Moreover, it is our intention to replace, with a tariff based revenue system supplemented by excise taxes, the current tax system of the U.S. government (including income taxes, payroll taxes and estate taxes).

To the degree that tariffs on foreign products, and excises, are insufficient to cover the legitimate Constitutional costs of the federal government, we will offer an apportioned "state-rate tax" in which the responsibility for covering the cost of unmet obligations will be divided among the several states in accordance with their proportion of the total population of the United States, excluding the District of Columbia. Thus, if a state contains 10 percent of the nation's citizens, it will be responsible for assuming payment of 10 percent of the annual deficit. The effect of this "state-rate tax" will be to encourage politicians to argue for less, rather than more, federal spending and less state spending as well.

Randall Terry Won The Nomination On The First Ballot And His Selection For Vice President Of Pastor Stephen Broden Was Approved By Acclamation.

Randall Terry is a Pro-Life Leader, Speaker, Musician and Author for 30 years. He has a master’s degree in foreign relations and international Terrorism. His speaking ability, his knowledge of history, his candor, and passion to train others makes him a lethal weapon to the enemies of God, and a vital teacher to those that wish to learn. He has made it his goal to raise up an Army of Righteous Leaders and activists.

Pastor Stephen Broden is the founder and Senior Pastor of Fair Park Bible Fellowship for over 35 years (a non-denominational inner-city church) in Dallas, Texas, a resident of the Dallas area for over forty-three years.

Chuck Baldwin ran on the Constitution Party ticket in 2008 and ultimately got Ron Paul's endorsement and my vote. For what that's worth anyway. I wish them well.
