Passed House with Final vote tally: 289-127

Unbelievable. This government is useless.

Only one Republican voted against it... anyone have a list?

The law as it's written. I discovered it not only gives the Attorney General the power to dismiss all lawsuits against telecom companies for complicity with surveillance of US Citizens, including surveillance conducted prior to the passing of this law, but it also specifically prohibits States from launching their own independent investigations. Lovely.

Who's this Johnson out of Illinois that voted against it? Again, what the hell is wrong with our government? Someone please impeach Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House, that cunt.

Wrong.

So what did Kludge say that got him banned? Did I miss some win hallarity or did he go crazy paranoid and try to delete himself like that that other guy?

Paul's vote:

NO VOTE.

Is that "what the revolution is all about"?

Bob Barr- pro Iraq War, pro Drug War, pro Patriot Act.

Is that "what the revolution is all about"?

If so, I'm clearly in the wrong army.

Ladies, gentlemen, I do not like what I see here. I too have a penciled-in vote for Obama, and I am still hoping he (unlike Ron Paul) will attempt to strip the retroactive immunity from the final result. That vote is hanging on by a thread.

And before you call me a sell-out, take a good hard look at "the messiahs" non-vote here. Kucinich, who is dead-wrong on guns and several other issues, had the balls to vote NAY, had the balls to enter articles of impeachment against Bush and Cheney.

As far as I'm concerned, Kucinich is an ally to MY revolution, and his supporters are allies too. Debates over free markets and gun control are fun and all, but the far more pressing concern is an out-of-control, lawless Federal government.

Beside, I, like all true revolutionaries, already own my guns, and already own my business. I'm quite capable of defending my own gun / free market rights. What I need some help with is stopping retroactive immunity from becoming an accepted precedence in U.S. law.

And today, both Obama and Paul, have disappointed the shit out of me.

And being that Ron Paul's "Campaign for Liberty" is running thanks to MY donations, I want to make something perfectly clear here: *I* am NOT the sell out here. My money, guns and sacred honor are already where my mouth is, which is more than I can say for most.
