I was listening to Ron Paul Revolution Radio just now and heard Steve Vincent mention that you should confirm you're registered as a Republican. I decided to call my Registrar. Even though I sent this in over 1 month ago, I was still registered as Undecided from 2006. My wife sent hers in a week ago and she IS registered as a Republican. Please confirm your registration. It's a 2 minute phone call.

This is extremely important and only takes a couple minutes of your time. Google: "Your County", State registrar voter

who/which office is best to call to confirm this? I haven't recieved anything in the mail even though i changed my registration to republican at our DMV over a month ago.

Yeah I got a card back in the mail with a number on it and shows Republican. I'll be satisfied with that.

You need to call your county voter Registrar's office. For Scott County, Iowa

Seriously - check up on this. It took 8 weeks for mine to go through because they "only mailed out affiliation cards once a month". Make sure that you are in their systems so you can at least appear on their master Republican lists at the polls.

Yep, everyone needs to do this. I mailed in the form to change my address and my party affiliation back in October. A couple of weeks ago, I called the Supervisor of Elections in my county to confirm that they had updated my registration and to find out where my new polling place would be. It's easy and painless and ensures that you will be able to vote for Paul.

What's funny is they called me. I didn't put my SSN on my registration, so they called and asked for the last four digits from it. But AL has no party affiliation.

I submitted a request to change to Republican last week at my local library, they mailed it in, and I confirmed it online a few days later.

Maybe check with your state election HQ website to see if you can find the info online.

Wow, so i am registered as republican... the funny thing is, the nice lady on the phone said they hadn't mailed me a card yet, and that it would be in the mail.

I'm definatly glad i confirmed this!
