For some reason, this sounds similar to H.H. Holmes' murder castle. Build a hotel on top of the pharmacy you bought, turn the second floor into a massive maze of torture rooms with trap doors to get the bodies to the basement. Sell the skeletons and certain bodies to local medical schools, then PROFIT! Sure, a lot of people die, but in the end you're pretty cozy.
