Well its only a good month before the next debate, so I'd like to discuss here who will qualify.
Problem is, I made some internet research and it seems there are no qualifying rules stated yet, at least not in public. The only thing I did find out, is that the Sean Spicer, the RNC’s communications director and chief strategist, said in an CNN interview, that he doubts that an undercard debate will take place once more. And that CNBC and the RNC still have to come to terms regarding the qualifying procedure. However, this interview is almost a week old and there seems to be no further info out there so far.
