Well, I'm not necessarily saying that the actual name of the agency that gathers intelligence has to be "The Central Intelligence Agency." I'm just saying that gathering intelligence overseas is a legitimate function of the federal government and has to be done, regardless of which agency does it. We have to have a way of gathering intelligence to know whether another country or group of people are planning to attack us.

Can you name anything positive the FBI has done besides, creating, fomenting, and exposing their own terrorist plotters in order to give an illusion the need for the Police-State?

I think we could notice hundreds of naval ships crossing the pacific or atlantic without any agency named the CIA, or not. Conversely, I think we could see Chinese tanks rolling up Mexico City or through Toronto. Sorry, but I'm not so afraid of boogeyman's from afar. Any 'good' these agencies may or may not do in theory is completely erased in reality thanks to Acton's wise axiom - power corrupts and absolutely power absolutely corrupts. You know how much power these forsaken people have? No one should have such power, and it always turns inwards as you can see.

Repealing the '32, '64, and '86 gun acts is safety enough. Let the states form militia's in the event of invasion as we did for hundreds of years prior to this CIA/FBI non-sense.
