Gosh. Such a wacky debate. Calling Huckabee out on his false Christian beliefs is a good smear move, might not work though. Though Huckabee is anti-tobacco... So we'll see.I think Ron Paul had the most interesting things to say. I wanted to hear more of Ron Paul! Who is this guy? He just came into the debate and talked about taking back the Republican party. Wow. How bold.

Tonight was the first time I actually listened to Ron Paul. I'm not completely sold but I'm starting to understand why he has such a large following. Good debate.

None of these guys will win the presidency, but I do like Paul! I'm a Democrat, but I don't want Hillary or Obama either because she and Obama plus Giuliani and Huckabee were just recently mentioned in the "Judicial Watch's" Top 10 list of most corrupt politicians in 2007. I guess none of these Republicans are very strong on defense, because Hillary just received the backing of all major U.S. Arms Manufacturers. They know she's the real corporate owned war-hawk!

I am watching the post debate discussion on FOX. It is interesting that in their phone in vote for winner, Ron Paul is leading. However, Hannity and the other fascists have not even mentioned his name......and I am not even a Ron Paul supporter! Why does any educated person watch FOX News?

I'm still trying to figure out why they call this a debate.
Isn't a debate where you ask all of the candidates the same question?
The candidates then respond to the question and then there is a debate.

Why do they call this a debate?

This is something we need to keep in our back pocket...

Very good to hear

....from my experience those are usually the first responses most possible supporters give after their first Ron Paul Experience! :D

still majority is not in favor of Paul :-(

Actually,i bet most Americans are for Dr.Paul.
Sadly, they will not vote their heart, because they fear Mrs.Clinton more.
It's all about "who can win" IMHO.

I for one will never, ever vote for the lesser of two evils again. It's Dr.Paul for me,even if i have to write it in on my ballot.

My Posting to ABC:

I have to laugh when I hear these politicians speak...no taxes, no more spending. THEN we elect these liars and they do as they please. If you think that the Democrats are better, think again. They were elected to end the war and it is still rolling along. Obama and Clinton both get a lot of money from defense contracters so why shouldn't it!

The only exception is Ron Paul as he is a man of integrity that wants to restore government to it's rightful place...out of our lives. Between being taxed to death, licensed to death, and watched on the nanny cameras, our freedoms and our right to "pursuit of happiness" is GONE. Wake up people and support Ron Paul. Do this for you, yes, but also do this for your friends, your children, and the rest of your family as this country is where we all dwell and we fought in 1776 for freedom and have gradually lost them over the years. Fight now for Ron Paul!

Ding Ding Ding... tonight was effective =)

Hands Down the Best part of the night:

“You’re saying now that we have to continue borrowing more money from China to finance this empire we can’t afford. Let me see if I get this right. We need to borrow $10 billion from China, and then we give it to (Pakistani President Pervez) Musharraf, who is a military dictator who overthrew an elected government, and then we go to war, we lose all these lives, promoting democracy in Iraq. I mean what’s going on here? And you’re saying (I am) not appealing to Republicans?” Paul asked.

Not to be negative, but there's this one dude who posts on all of the YouTube videos saying "Wow, he has just earned my vote!" I guess I've become cynical about the, "Wow, I suddenly see the light" postings.

That is the sad reality. The Republicans are almost trying to lose.

Yep. They're running dead horses just like in 1996 with Dole. That's been the whole point of the Bush administration, to make Christians and Republicans lose all credibility and future political viability to pave the way for unchallenged Socialistic Globalism under Hillary or Obama.

YES! People wake up this has been the plan all along. All the news channels can kiss my arse.
