The next President will decide the future of your children and grandchildren.
48 Percent of them support Ron Paul.
Support the candidate who your children trust their future with.

As much as I like to hope that seniors are thinking of their grandkids I think something that conveys this:

Fix the economy and keep the benefits you rely on, vote Ron Paul.

That could backfire. I imagine that most parents believe their judgement to be better than that of their children. I know I do.

This type of attitude leads to a sort of totalitarianism. Ever watched Soylent Green? You do realize that many of us libertarians and conservatives are frightened over Obamacare and similar schemes because they will undoubtedly be used to monetize the lives of people and discard the elderly.

If you don't think it can happen, look at the UK and the Netherlands. I for one love my parents and grandparents.

I love my parents and grandparents as well, but who put into place the legislature for the past few decades that not only set precedence of government interference in health care, but ultimately VOTED for Obamacare?

It sure as hell wasn't my generation.

Good point the slogan should be:

"Ron Paul or Soylent Green, the choice is up to you."

lol I actually had to rep that one.

Instead of bashing old people we need to work on something grassroots to encourage RevPac or Santa Rita to start targeting seniors on saving social security and their medical benefits and how Ron Paul is the only one whose plan will do such.

It was the younger voters that pushed Obama into office in 2008. Ron Paul is only really popular amongst younger independents and republicans. Most young people lean left and are more democrat.

My point is that we need to work on reaching them and getting their votes. Communicating issues that will resonate with an older voter.

Edit: I see younger block as being very instrumental on single issue topics like defeating SOPA, but ideologically, I see way too many who are buying this green hype or global community hype.

I am 2 weeks away from leaving that 18-29 block, and believe it or not, my parents are now on board with voting for Ron Paul. In 2008 they didn't vote in the primary out of apathy.

Have a little patience. Your generation will have its chance to screw things up soon enough.

there was no internet until the 90s, and older people had their news habits set by then. If all you had was corporate media, would you know better?
