Catchy Slogan for old people?

A prescription to heal the economy. Cut spending overseas to save Social Security is just what the Doctor ordered. Vote Dr. Ron Paul.

Did Obama write the legislation?

Of course not, but remember that during Vietnam there was that whole "don't trust anybody over 30" mantra, something very similar to what people are spouting on this board.

The people who wrote that legislation combined lefty idealism from the flower generation with corporate interests. Also, many of those same people were probably the ones saying the same thing about older people back in the 60's.

Spending cuts are coming whether we like them or not. Do we cut overseas adventurism or Social Security? Vote Ron Paul and Save Social Security.

"Leave a better legacy"

I like that one the best. I'm just surprised nobody's recommended "Get those walkers, wheelchairs and golf carts to the polls for Dr. Paul"

@AgoristDon -- an old fart.

I love my parents and grandparents as well, but who put into place the legislature for the past few decades that not only set precedence of government interference in health care, but ultimately VOTED for Obamacare?

It sure as hell wasn't my generation.

This is getting out of hand with the blame game. Senior citizens could easily say that at least they vote. 18-30 year olds have consistently been apethetic and clueless about what is even going on in their own country unless it pertains to popular culture. So basically we are ALL to blame.

I don't think the younger people realize the power they have in their hands. As a 'boomer' we had the same problem. We could talk the talk, but couldn't see fit to go to the ballot box. I personnally was one of the exceptions though. I've always been politically active, but looking back i wish i could change a few of my ideals, and votes.
