I hope I didn't compromise anyone's privacy, but I believe this is truly important. A lot of new people posted in this forum for the first time just to bash Rand.... if you have time to do that, please help us spread the word about Dec 16, randsteaparty.com. We will need the entire liberty movement back together to win this seat....
Ron and Carol are behind Rand, and it must be frustrating for them to see this reaction to their son because of a badly worded press release.
All I can say is, I hope Rand goes all out when he is elected. I want to see him stand up to the Republicans on foreign policy like Ron does. I support Rand 100%, but it's just hard to support him when he is campaigning as a Constitutional Conservative instead of as a libertarian-Republican like Ron Paul. Rand just doesn't sound like Ron very much at all when he is campaigning. I know his philosophy is there and he's truly committed to the Constitution so I'm not really that worried. I know he has to appeal to Kentucky voters to win. That's not to say it would be easier for us to support him all out if he ran for office saying all the same things Ron does. But I guess this is the difference between a Presidential campaign and a US Senate campaign.
Ron Paul is the only politician I trust. I trust his endorsement on Rand here. I trust that Ron endorsed him not just because Rand is his son, but because Rand understands that we must return to a CONSTITUTIONAL Republic, which promotes individual liberty, and a non-interventionist foreign policy.
