Have to be more specific. I was thinking of the mob of blm that surrounded him and his wife at the DC hotel.They went to KY, to Rand's home where it happend. I'm referrring to the neighbor attack, not the shooting at the ball game.

It's sad he has been attacked this many times. So I don't really have a problem with the capital police being nationwide to protect congress. Things are not so good in the country right now.
The United States Capitol Police announced Tuesday that it was establishing field offices in California and Florida to investigate threats against lawmakers.
The Capitol Police said in a statement that its efforts were part of a plan to improve its security measures after the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6.
“The USCP has enhanced our staffing within our Dignitary Protection Division as well as coordinated for enhanced security for Members of Congress outside of the National Capitol Region,” USCP said. “The Department is also in the process of opening Regional Field Offices in California and Florida with additional regions in the near future to investigate threats to Members of Congress.”
It's sad he has been attacked this many times. So I don't really have a problem with the capital police being nationwide to protect congress. Things are not so good in the country right now.

The USCP was given control over eight Persistent Surveillance Systems Ground – Medium (PSSG-M) units after a request to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was approved on June 2.
