What is there to talk about? Abbott imposed increased inspections to respond to elevated security threats on the border, the drug cartels retaliated by torching privately owned trucks, and Abbott lifted the order. The drug cartels proved what is really going on at the border, what more is there to be said?

This has to be the dumbest thing I've read all week. Wow. (a) The DC convoy was never about blockading anything. It's just a convoy to raise awareness to creeping tyranny, as well as the corruption in our political system that is leaving fewer and fewer options besides civil war. (b) There was no Mexican convoy. (c) The temporary increased inspections at border checkpoints was a response to increased security threats.

Oh wait, I forgot, there are no real security threats, there's just Washington's security-theater.
