Health Care: Can You Honestly Believe That Obamacare Will Be Repealed?

Do any of you honestly believe what the candidates say about repealing Obamacare.? The reality is in my opinion that portions of it would probably be contested.

I think it will be very difficult to get the votes to repeal it. There would need to be a major shift for that to happen.

Klein, however, is specifically reacting to video of an April 2010 Romney appearance that has recently resurfaced on YouTube. In the video Romney compares and contrasts the healthcare plan he signed into law as Governor of Massachusetts with the one President Barack Obama approved shortly before this appearance. He ends by saying that he wants “to eliminate some of the differences, repeal the bad, and keep the good” in ObamaCare.

The best way to get rid of Obamacare may be the Health Care Compact. It brings control of healthcare back to the States, yet retains the money flow from Washington to the states.

Other than that, the Appropriations Committee could not fund any part of Obamacare, although the Obamacare law included language that by-passes appropriations to provide future funding guarantees. Is this even legal?

Like Paul said, people will be weaned gradually because they have become dependant on govt. schemes
He will first cut war spending and foriegn funding. He also said new taxpayers may opt out of healthcare AND save you a bunch of cash on taxes which you can spend on health insurance of your choice. It's a troublesome delivery but the doc is good

Neither is really a guarantee... Too ideologically inconsistent to predict.
