Reason: McCain Slams Rand Paul for "Isolationism"

CNS: McCain Worried About ‘Protectionism and Isolationism’ in GOP

I maintain that if anyone played the spoiler, it was the Missing Link, and not Jim Deakin, which enabled McCain's re-election.

I voted for Deakin in the GOP primary, and David Nolan for US Senate (and Barry Hess for Gov.).

So, FU very much, teaocons, for supporting that clown Hayworth, and to my fellow Arizonans as well, for sending that BSC! SOB back to the Senate for another 6 long years!

God how I do love that word "Isolationism" only neo cons and Rinos would think that the only way to deal with another country is via military bases and troops

How again is trade btwn nations...."isolating"...Mr Mcinsane?

tread lightly GOP....or your 2010 wins wont mean much...

Unfortunately, McCain is a powerful foe. I hope Rand doesn't overestimate how nasty John McCain actually is.

As oppose to McCain's economically Killing Imperialism and increased in Insecurity/Terrorism on American... but isn't that the False Flag plan?

McCain is as bad as the Capital Hill Terrorist that ruined the economy with THEIR special interest programs, with our tax dollars. Then the clowns turn around and steall more from us in an attempt to fix their foulups, then borrow against our future in another attempt to fix the fix of the foulups, and stick the future generations with debt and a broke ass economy.

We know exactly where McCain answers his statements to his Masters:

There wasn't any spoiler. Look at the numbers if they're still available for Hayworth and Deakin. Even if you put the two together McCain still wins by a large margin. Remember now, this is Arizona, we have plenty of old RINO's who support anyone from their era with an R next to their name. You also have to factor in the part time Neocon voters who only know(and care) that he's Pro-Israel. That or Arizona elections are rigged. Either way, the number was too large. Pairing Hayworths, Deakins AND the write in numbers still wouldn't have been enough to stave off the old man. Look on the bright side though, this is probably his last term. I don't see an 80 year old McCain running for reelection. He's already having health problems.

That said I wonder how long it'll be before "build the dang fence" reverts back to "tear the dang fence down" while Brewer inacts some more AEA sponsored tax hikes.

But back on topic, of course he's against Isolationism. If it were up to McCain America would be nothing but China owned corporations with immigrant labor forces while Americans are dispersed across the world fighting Israels holy wars.

Give me isolationism any day of the week over our current policies.

It's time to leave the rest of the world to its own destruction.

Sure we will trade with you on our terms but you can pay for your own defense and resolve your own problems.

No more D-Days to save Europe. Peace or perish.

Glad to see McCain slamming Rand over foreign policy. That increases Rand's credibility a little.

This is good. Very good. At least they're acknowledging that there are some Republicans outside of the Elder Paul that are into "isolationism". Perhaps we can actually get a civil war on the go in the Republican party. In which, of course, we shall be victorious.

It is not isolationist, it is Independence from foreign influence. It is self determination and non interference. Trade with all nations is hardly isolationist.

I wish. These big government Neocons, Progressives - RINOS continue to destroy the only party that has a chance to restore liberty in this country. The party needs to be purged of them once and for all or the party needs to fracture into two separate parties.

It would be some celebration seeing the party of Graham, McCain, Gingrich and Romney go down in flames. Unfortunately though if it did fracture they would probably just switch their party affiliation to Democrat which is much close to their beliefs.

Encouragingly, this was posted at free republic and at the time I saw it the comments were universally trashing McCain and protective of Rand.
