If you don't like it, don't look. Very simple.
I tend to stare intently and sometimes drool a bit. That usually gets them to cover up fairly quickly.

Exactly.

You're sitting in a restaurant eating dinner. A woman at the table next to you whips out her breast and start feeding her screaming child on the spot in plain view of everyone. Wouldn't that make a lot of people uncomfortable?
That seems like quite possibly the most appropriate place to do it. Hell, it would probably just make hungry.

It's true we live in a hyper-sexualized culture and T&A is everywhere. I mean, sex is all the average dude even wants to talk about. It's also true we have all seen breasts before, but there is such a thing as respecting others around you.
I am truly mixed on it, breast feeding is the most natural thing in the world. It is the healthy choice, and should be encouraged. But keeping the child covered is probably the prudent thing these days. Because our society has basically turned breasts into something sexual all the time. Women nursing has not been considered shocking until the last century.

Also, the setting makes a big difference. Seeing an engorged exposed breast in class, workplace, graduation is very different from seeing the same at the beach, mall, etc. One place you want to concentrate and focus on school, work, ceremony etc and you don't really want something that stimulating in your line of sight.
I don't know how this has anything to do with private vs public property.
So could public masturbation and public sex.
Would you want some fat, disgusting, pervy, naked slob sitting beside your wife or daughter on a subway? We live in a society; we have certain decency rules we follow and laws we set to ensure public safety and civility.
There are communes and colonies for those who wish to live a natural tribal life, you know.
It's a good point, I wouldn't want to see somebody gobbling down a greasy dripping bacon cheeseburger while I was trying concentrate on school or work either.
That's not the point. It's about respecting those around you.
What if you're in culinary school?
That's not the point. It's about respecting those around you.
Because you're advancing a cause that empowers collectivism and government.
Hence the reason why you're wagging the finger in the wrong direction. You shouldn't be angry at people expressing free speech. You should be angry that so much property is considered public and not private. Libertarianism 101.
Are you talking about a private subway or a public subway? Do you see why that's so important? In a private subway, you're on private property and everything do on that subway is a privilege. If it's a public subway, everyone is paying taxes for it and so you're opinion is not worth more than anyone else's. It's the tragedy of the commons.
"We're living in a society" is not actually an argument. You're in a Libertarian forum so "decency rules" aren't all that compelling. Many people would argue walking around in public with a loaded AK-47 is uncivil, indecent, and a danger to public safety...obviously that's bullshit. I don't need a government to shield my precious eyes from scary or pervy dudes.
Do you not see the need for any type of decency rules?
We have photos of breasts plastered everywhere in our society, and yet you don't want to see one with a baby attached to it because society?
