BREAKING - Paul: Fox News is 'scared of me'

Right on!

Paul's staff said they are beginning to plan a rally that will take place at the same time the 90-minute debate will air on television. It will be taped at Saint Anselm College in Goffstown.

So what, it's going to be taped? It can be put up on Google video, but what about all those people in New Hampshire and elsewhere who don't have high speed internet access. This is not a good substitute. We need to get MSM coverage of this event. Nothing less.

No we do not have a free market in news. We used to, yes. But, not anymore

First the printing press, then radio, then tv, now this. Information (news) is the most free it has ever been, by far.

I'm talking about the MSM being controlled by just a few companies now, Bob.

You are talking about delivery mechanisms. I am talking about who controls the delivery mechanisms. Television, specifically.

the numbers are going up quick now! another 150 and we will be in the top stories for today..

Could be Lib, but I think the next week will prove me more correct than you.

We need a Free-market in news and we sorta have one, overall.

There were multiple diggs unfortunately.

DIGG THE ONE THAT IS NOW ON THE DIGG FRONT PAGE!

That's worth emails and calls to send to Fox. Now I will. Something nice. But something honest.

We could have a simultaneous answer session for Ron to answer all the questions, aired on a public access cable station, and televised live streaming over the Internet.

digg this one:

DUGG - hopefully this ends that "it's not fully confirmed" nonsense. FIRE!

Yup. Won me over completely. Now I say we bring out all the supporters in a tri state area and make so much noise they can't tape the bloody thing. This means war! (not a literal one of course. No bloodshed. not advocating violence.)

But I can't believe they are so stupid! Don't they know this is only going to push the entire election into our hands?

Those NH folks don't like this kind of back alley deal making, President stealing crap! No one does. Every time they pull a move like this we win!

I was wondering how we were going to take NH, well, they just handed it to us on a silver platter.

Thank you Fox news.

I for one, am going to post this on every website I can find that is read by the folks in NH.

Is it too cold and ugly there? Can we rent a sky plane with the message trailing behind: Fox news afraid of Ron Paul: Won't let him in forum.

There must be some papers there that are on our side. There must be.

U.S. Broadcasting Regulatory Rule

It is the closest thing in broadcast content regulation to the "golden rule." The equal time, or more accurately, the equal opportunity provision of the Communications Act requires radio and television stations and cable systems which originate their own programming to treat legally qualified political candidates equally when it comes to selling or giving away air time. Simply put, a station which sells or gives one minute to Candidate A must sell or give the same amount of time with the same audience potential to all other candidates for the particular office. However, a candidate who can not afford time does not receive free time unless his or her opponent is also given free time. Thus, even with the equal time law, a well funded campaign has a significant advantage in terms of broadcast exposure for the candidate.

Didn't Reagen basically destroy this? Unsure.

Your right. But I think it's virtually impossible. Maybe we could get some MSMBC to mention it the next day or make sure local media show up. Nationally, there will be no report on Ron's larger event.

Does anyone have a link to where Fox news shows who is participating in the debate? I can't find it on the website.

Before this idea gets buried let me add my support!
Set up a TV in the rally room (or have someone record/edit and replay questions as needed) and have Ron Paul give his answers to the questions asked.

Great idea!
