I think half of this forum could have done a better job of defending Ron on O'reilly tonight.

We saw shades of "Neo-John" Stossel tonight.

I never thought he was that good, to be honest.

Heck, I'd put that progressive from the business show on msnbc before him. The one that went down to speak to Occupy Wallstreet. Whats his face. (oops, sorry, you already have him at 2. I honestly think he might be 1, not because he always agrees, but he always seems to stick to his OWN principles.)

But Scarborough doesn't belong there either, he is strictly about what siding with Ron can momentarily do for HIM.

I have Ratigan (msnbc) at 2. He's deff climbing the rankings lol. He's one of us, and isn't afraid to say it.

He is absolutely great at hosting his own show, but when defending Ron against the tool O'Reilly, he is weak. If The Judge didn't share a time slot with O'Reilly, I would demand he have him on instead of Stossel.

ah yes, Patty B. He's a good one.

John Stossel just doesn't do well when interviewed or put on the spot on other people's shows. Bill O-Reilly in particular has made him look bad/weak before.

John Stossel is a libertarian and is terrific. Don't diss the Stoss.

Wait a minute, I didn't see the segment, but John Stossel is a huge ally intellectually.. You have to watch his tv show.. He is great at interviewing people about libertarianism and putting together cohesive shows with guests for and against that help make the case.. but he isn't good at 1 on 1 debates, especially with O'Reilly. It's a weakness, not a matter of being an ally or not.

I have had a couple of disagreements with Stossel, but overall he is really great.

You guys give these TV/radio personalities entirely too much credit and are too quick to "friend" or consider someone our ally. None of them are on our side in my opinion. They just read whatever they are told to say that day to raise their ratings. The only one on that list I would even consider a "friend" is Judge Nap.

He didnt even try. By the way, what exactly is Ron's stance on Iran? What would he do with them and is he really ok with them having nukes. I have some Fox-News-Neo-Cons I want to talk to about this but I want to get Ron's position correct first.

Ron Paul has spoken kindly about Stossel

He would not invade Iran to prevent them getting nukes.

Israel, on the other hand, would most probably bomb the nuclear facilities.
