Breaking: John Stossel downgraded to 6th place on list of Ron Paul's media allies.

That wasn't even the point. He didn't explain to Bill that you CAN'T KILL ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN WITHOUT DUE PROCESS! It was so damn frustrating!!!

Ron Paul has spoken kindly about Stossel

... How that does change anything?

People did this exact same thing in 2007. We wasted a lot of our energy on "sending emails" and other weird things to our anyone who even let RP talk at all. And later we found out that none of them are on our side at all. They will flip at a pivotal point and purposely hurt RP's movement as soon as he gains momentum. Just get ready for it.

O'Reilly knew he could walk circles around Stossel when he invited him on to debate about R Paul. He just wanted to be able to project the perception that R Paul's positions are indefensible.

Core Libertarians have their own individual backs if ya ask me. It is why their party is in a shambles. My dealings with them have not been satisfactory at all but rather opportunistic on their part. Count Stossel amongst the crew.

I like Stossel. I enjoy his shows, and he's always impressed me as a Ron Paul fan.

I also know Bill O-fktard is a prima donna, and has the power to ruin Stossel's career at fox.

So I dont blame Stossel for not getting in O-fktard's face about anything. Why would anyone expect Stossel fall on his sword, especially when there are few libertarian leaning shows on TV.

He didnt even try. By the way, what exactly is Ron's stance on Iran? What would he do with them and is he really ok with them having nukes. I have some Fox-News-Neo-Cons I want to talk to about this but I want to get Ron's position correct first.

He has said he isn't 'ok' with them getting nukes, he just understands why they want them. He used Pakistan as an example. He said people said the world would end if Pakistan, or if India got nukes. But then they got them and we paid them off instead. He said the only way to stop it would be to invade and he doesn't think that we should do that. He reminds that Israel has 400 nukes (and now bunker busters we just sold them) and that the Soviet Union had 40,000, and yet we didn't invade them. With all the wars we have going in places we don't need to be he thinks we can't afford another with a nation that with all its oil still has to import gasoline because it can't make enough for itself.

Don't see the point of this. Didn't see the particular segment BUT Stossel has always been good on his own, not so great in debates. I'll take it - don't think we need to rank this like it's the BCS.

Where is Jack Cafferty on this list? He seems to have supported Paul as well. At least every time I've heard him mention Ron Paul personally.

Joe Scarborough? Neil Cavuto? Jon Stewart? They may have said nice things occasionally but don't believe for a second they are on our side.

I watched the O'Reilly interview tonight and thought Stossel did just fine not being able to openly support a candidate and being employed by the same company as that dickhead across from him. I don't know what you expect him so say and do?

True Allies
1) Judge Nap
2) John Stossel
3) Dylan Ratigan

The others are not in the movement by a long shot.

You guys give these TV/radio personalities entirely too much credit and are too quick to "friend" or consider someone our ally. None of them are on our side in my opinion. They just read whatever they are told to say that day to raise their ratings. The only one on that list I would even consider a "friend" is Judge Nap.

Although you are 100% correct, in the end it behooves the campaign to have as many media allies as possible. Without selling out principles of course. The more brainwashed media talking heads start to tout Paul, the more the average person will start to consider him a potential president. Sad, but true alas. I don't like it any more than you do.

Have you ever seen an episode of John Stossel?

One another segment with Bill, John said Ron Paul is right on everything

And one even another, he told Bill to vote for Ron, stating: Yes you do, yes we can

I don't buy into the conspiracy that the media is only around to get Ron Paul and even libertarians are out to eat him. BS

Yes, exactly.. John Stossel has to argue his case taking into consideration that he is defending his position to neocons.. It doesn't mean he's not on our side. Jeebus.

Don't mind the people that think Ron Paul is the only good person on the world. And that he is 100% right on everything. And even if others agree with him, people will say deep down in their heart they don't. Its BS.

Just remember the popular rebuttal to your very correct response. After you state this they popular response is, "But Pakistan and India don't have crazy, outspoken leaders like Iran does". The response to this is, the Communist leader, Nikita Khrushchev, promised to nuke the U.S. back to the stone age during the cold war several times. We pulled out of that, with good foreign policy and diplomacy in the end.
