I Hereby want to salute the Honorable Rand Paul (R-Ky) and Matt Gaettz (R-Fl) in their attempt to safeguard the integrity and sanctity of the US Elections and that of the Republic itself pursuant to the 1887 Electoral Count Act.

Not me. I think an "Elite Strike Force" should be able to book a press conference at the Four Seasons, not Four Seasons Total Landscaping. Rudy's team is an embarrassment. Trump's legal eagles should be befitting of the office of POTUS. Instead, they're totally cringey. It makes the US look bad and reduces our standing in the world. America has not been Made Great with these bad lawsuits which have been mostly laughed out of court: dismissed "with prejudice".

So, I'm seeing lots of evidence of opportunity. And lots of evidence that seem to indicate statistical anomalies. What I'd really like to see are names. Who changed the votes, when, and which votes. If we had an interested press or a federal investigative body in search of those details, maybe we could get an answer. As it stands, we have just enough evidence to drive theories.

My personal perspective is that it certainly appears like something major was amiss. The rules were changed this year. The vote totals were higher than ever. Everyone had their faces covered. Ballots were circulating in the mail system for months. Social media companies were actively promoting (and censoring) one viewpoint over another. Biden's GOTV effort was almost non-existent. The GOP won big down ballot....

So many things point to fraud, but you're going to need more than what we've seen so far to change anything. It's time to name names. I know it could be done and it looks like it was done, but who did it, how did they do it and when?

I have not had the chance to watch the Thomas More Amistad Project presser yet. I did hear a short radio spot though. They seem to have the goods. They are going through voter rolls and comparing them with individuals. They have come across thousands that had moved out of state and yet their ballot was recorded in the state they had moved from. In one instance a woman that had moved to Oregon (?), is a nurse there at a hospital, has lived at three addresses there, over the course of many years, had a ballot cast in her name in a battleground state.

The faster they get past the Lower Courts that Don't matter for more than a stepping stone, and present the case before the Supreme Court where it will matter.

They are doing in days what takes years usually.

A federal appeals court agreed on Wednesday to expedite the appeal in a case brought by lawyer Sidney Powell against election officials in Georgia.

A judge on Sunday blocked election officials from wiping or altering Dominion Voting Systems machines in three counties, but Powell was seeking a statewide order, prompting her to seek an emergency appeal from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

The [eleventh] appeals court on Dec. 2 granted the emergency appeal, ordering plaintiffs to file their initial brief by midnight and defendants to file their response by midnight on Dec. 4. Plaintiffs can file a response to the response by midnight on Dec. 6. The initial brief wasn’t listed on the docket as of early Thursday.

A Dec. 4 hearing scheduled in front of the lower court judge who made the initial ruling was postponed in light of the appeals court order.

Also on Wednesday night, the Democratic Party of Georgia entered an emergency request to grant an intervention so they can participate in the appeal. The party is being represented by Washington firm Perkins Coie, a longtime Democrat-linked company.

Powell is representing about a dozen voters who argue there was a fraudulent scheme to manipulate the vote count to make sure Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden won Georgia. Powell is seeking to have outside experts examine Dominion machines. Georgia election officials are attempting to prevent that from happening.

The case is Pearson v. Kemp, 1:20-cv-04809.

I mean, that's helpful, if they have it. I suppose you could challenge and get some votes thrown out that way. But it still doesn't suggest they know who, when, and to what extent it was done. It might even be enough to give some legislators or courts some cover to de-certify the vote, but that's not going to shed any light on who was responsible for manipulation.

I’m 100% Certain that if they abolish the CIA and “intelligence agencies” that this won’t happen again.
