Well, if the home owner hadn't been cowering in his house under "lockdown" all day under "orders" -- maybe this guy would have been discovered sooner ? What if the "lockdown" had never been lifted? The "bad guy" might have escaped on that boat, because the property owner might never have discovered him , being locked down in his own home.

It's not nonesense. 9/10 they would have just killed him. They spent 90 mins coaxing him out. This after every family member was out today saying it's a setup and exposing his FBI links. They killed his brother. I'm pretty sure the president or Holder told them to take him alive. There was a lot of pressure on them after the family came out with what they did and having 2 killed looks bad.

AND, are we supposed to infer that the "suspect" currently in custody will be quickly identified in Boston Marathon photos or video, and shown wearing a big black backpack?

UPDATE: OK. Now I get it. the guy was photographed at the Marathon:

I wonder about that myself. Two individuals willing to kill multiple individuals simply let the victim of a car jacking walk even though they knew he would report it. Kinda strange.
