I haven't been following this the last few hours though, maybe the "order" was lifted. Who knows, if people hadn't been cowering in their homes since the order came out at 2am or whatever maybe he would have been captured sooner?

These situations are fluid. The family played it smart and exposed the links. The president might have got involved this evening and told them to take him alive. we just dont know

They were careful to call it a 'request.' You could leave your homes if you wanted to. I don't know if I would have gone through the risk. (not being blown up, mind you, but being mistakenly shot)
