Bloomberg: Today Romney Lost the Election (Does that mean we still have a chance?)

Bill Kristol called Romney's words arrogant and stupid, and implied he should step down for a Ryan-Rubio ticket (I think that was supposed to be a joke, but still...)

barack obama and mitt romney have yet to debate, same can be said for ms. elizabeth warren and scot brown!
the odds are quite significantly increasing for a third party candidate or a write-in campaign to really catch on!

You seem giddy that Romney is "toast" for making a statement that Ron Paul, and probably many here, agree with. There are a lot of Americans on welfare who feel owed and entitled to 'free' stuff without working for it. So then one wonders how bad it would have been for Paul had he been the GOP nominee, his views on this are more 'extreme' than Romney's.

Which part of Romney's statement do you think is wrong?

I don't need to disagree or agree with anything in the statement to understand that the majority of people will take issue with it.

Not to mention, in this case it isn't just what is being said, it's how and where it was said.

And yes, I can't stand Romney. I have no problem being accused of 'glee' when I see him further ruining his own candidacy, because I have zero desire to see that man in office.

Meaning.... someone who disagrees with affa. ROFL

Oh, because i call you out on your behavior in another thread, you insult me here. classy.

All I said was there are Romney apologists/voters in this thread. And there are.

Not really. As a multimillionaire, Romney has already paid more dollars in taxes than 90-whatever percent of Americans will in their entire lifetimes.

So what?
That doesn't make him a better American, a better person, a better patriot, or even a better tax payer. It just means he made a shit-ton more money, is filthy rich, and paying millions in taxes is water on a duck to him.

I don't think any of us should be paying taxes, but within the paradigm of taxes it makes complete sense that the rich should pay more than the poor. That isn't a badge of honor for the rich, just elementary school math.
