This is a great idea and could go viral. But I urge everyone to put the date of the moneybomb somewhere on the image. We need to drill the day into people's minds so they remember to donate.

I agree we got to push people to donate, but I think this movement will go beyond the Moneybomb as a continual rebellion against the mainstream media. But I argue that this needs to be predominately a culture-jamming movement that treats this as an art project.

No doubt this will make a long-term statement, but we also have a short term goal of raising millions of dollars on October 19th. Promoting the money bomb should be the big focus up to the 19th. After that, this tactic can still be used to make a culture statement like you said.

It's only been 24 hours since it was first proposed, but we gotta encourage others to do it and help them out if they don't have the resources (i.e. knowledge of photo editing programs)

Someone find some sunglasses that looks like these black bars. I know I've seen them before.

We could get like 10 people to walk around a high traffic location with the date/text written on the sunglasses. Ideally where news cameras are already rolling.
