I never really noticed this when I read the book but it stood out (and made me chuckle) on the audio version.

Wouldn't it be cool to have a billboard with a rhinoceros holding a map pointing to the GOP convention and an elephant holding a map to Ron Paul's rally or something to that effect.

Someone made the comment that at one of the conventions someone had stood up and asked:

"who here likes the direction the party is going?" - no one replied.

Something like that on a billboard, along with the words: "you can change it" would make a great billboard!

The party has no direction. It is stopped cold. Lets pick it up and run with it. They will never no what happened.

Just updated the OP with new images. Added the CFL logo to the boards and posted mocks of the train platform ads (which are backlit at night). A bus mock too.

Delegates, guests, visitors, party people, etc will be staying in hotels all over the MPLS-St. Paul region. The Metro city buses and trains will be used by a lot of people during the convention shuttling back and forth to the convention center.

I need to clear using the CFL logo but I think we should be OK.
