w00t!:DWell,almost everything. If there's a way to weld dissimilar materials(i.e. aluminum and steel)I don't know about it. It would be cool if there was a universal rod and flux(on those occasions you use stick, which is pretty rare in a small shop AFAIK) that could used to weld anything...but then there's the problem of melting points among drastically different materials and whatnot...

I am personally aware of an industrial application where copper and stainless were welded together. Not sure if it was the same process as that discussed at link:
