I want to add some one liners (messages) to some of my Ron Paul signs -- as many folks have recommended. However, what are the best quick messages to tell people?

Here is what I have off the top of my head:

SECURE OUR BORDERS
RESTORE OUR SOVEREIGNTY
RESTORE HABEAS CORPUS
RESTORE WORLD RESPECT
RETURN EDUCATION TO THE STATES
RESPECT PROPERTY RIGHTS
PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY
NO TAX ON TIPS

... not all on one sign, of course -- although that may not be a bad idea either.

Obviously, some messages may make more sense in certain jurisdictions over other messages.

SECURE OUR BORDERS - way to vague, all candidates want to secure the borders. paul wants both an economic solution and border enforcement
RESTORE OUR SOVEREIGNTY - too vague, say paul wants use de-tangled from international commitments
RESTORE HABEAS CORPUS - most people dont know what habeas corpus is
RESTORE WORLD RESPECT - a little vague - how?
RETURN EDUCATION TO THE STATES - pretty good - consider rewording to ending federal control over local school curriculum
RESPECT PROPERTY RIGHTS - a little vauge - use words like killing imminent domain
PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY - vague - how? paul wants people to opt out and stop spending of the SS funds on war
NO TAX ON TIPS - excellent - most specific of the bunch

general rule: be as specific as you possibly can. use your vocab and power words (frank luntz style words/framing

and yeah, need to educate people on marketing a little
