I stand corrected. They just felt more popular to me. I guess it was because they got a lot of play around here when I was a teenager. They lived in Athens, GA at the time.

Pepper came out years after I was listening to them. This is my favorite album - give it a listen and you'll see immediately why they never achieved mainstream popularity.
